SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes?
Yes, import duties and/or taxes (for orders shipped to non-U.S. destinations)
may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country.
These charges are separate from WristWriter's charges and are beyond our control
or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government.
You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged
by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, WristWriter is shipping to customers all over the world every day.
Ordering from WristWriter is easy. Just place your order through
shipping @wristwriter.com and
we will process your order quickly.
How can I check the status of my order?
WristWriter will send out a follow e-mail notice giving you information
about your order.

Can I place an order now and have it held to be shipped at a later date?
No, we are unable to hold orders. Once the order is placed and approved
by our accounting department, it will be sent to the warehouse for processing.
Do you offer C.O.D.?
No, we do not offer C.O.D. You can send a check or money order with your
order if you do not want to use or do not have a credit card.
Do you sell parts for your items? How do I order
them?
Yes, we do sell parts and accessory items for the WristWriter. Parts and
accessory items can be ordered online or through our customer service
department by calling 1-508-747-5004 or 1-877-974-7897 (8AM to 5PM Eastern
Standard Time, Monday - Friday).
How do I cancel an order?

How long does it take to receive my order when sending
check or money order?
A check or money orderwill take approximately two to four weeks or longer,
depending on the destination for domestic orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express.
C.O.D. orders are not offered.
Checks are accepted.
Money order are accepted.
When I enter my personal information and credit card number over the
Internet, is your site secure?
We care about online order security. WristWriter realizes the importance

as they do when ordering by phone. That is why we use data encryption

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged when the order is processed.

RETURNS
How do I return or exchange an item?
Products may be returned to WristWriter within 30 days of receipt for
a refund, including shipping and handling. All exchanges will be made
after receipt by WristWriter of the returned purchased products. Returns
are to be sent to 345 Carver Road, Plymouth, MA 02360. Accompany returned
product(s) with an explanation or reason for the return. See return and
exchange policies.
If I return or exchange an item how long does it
take to process?
Usually, two to four weeks for domestic orders.
POLICIES
What is your payment policy?
Checks received with orders will be deposited upon receipt. We reserve
the right to verify funds with your bank before shipping which may cause
a delay of up to ten (10) business days. There is a $20 service charge
for all returned checks. All orders are processed assuming they will be
shipped complete. However, backorders do occur. These items will be shipped
as we receive them.
What is WristWriter's Customer Satisfaction Policy?
We want you to be pleased with your order. If you are not satisfied, return
the purchased merchandise for a refund or an exchange. See return policy

What is your return policy?
If buyer is dissatisfy with any purchased product for any reason, it may
be returned to WristWriter within thirty (30) days of receipt for a refund,
including shipping and handling. Buyer may return products to WristWriter
LLC at 345 Carver Road, Plymouth, MA 02360. Returned products must be
in original packaging. There will be no refunds on WristWriter products
that have been modified in any way, no matter how small. Please furnish
explanation or reason for return.
What is your exchange policy?
If, for any reason, the purchased products break or are damaged, replacement
products of like kind will be provided, after receipt by WristWriter of
the returned purchased products. Buyer may return products to WristWriter

in original packaging. There will be no refunds on WristWriter products
